Got a couple of hours to spare? Help our friendly kitchen team with dishes and cleaning after Lunch Club. Even one afternoon a week makes a difference!
Our popular Lunch Club provides freshly cooked meals and an opportunity for people in our community to come together, socialise and enjoy good food.
Behind the scenes, there's always plenty to do!
We're looking for volunteers to support our kitchen team after Lunch Club, helping ensure everything is clean, tidy and ready for the next day.
As a Dishwasher Volunteer, you'll help with:
- Washing and drying dishes, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
- Operating the dishwasher.
- Putting clean items away.
- Cleaning kitchen surfaces and equipment.
- Sweeping up
- Tidying tables and chairs away
- Helping maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
No previous experience is necessary, and you'll be working alongside our friendly staff and volunteers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who prefers a practical, behind-the-scenes role while still being part of a welcoming community team.
When: Weekdays, approximately 12:30pm–2:30pm.
You don't need to commit to every day – even one afternoon per week would be appreciated!
