We are currently seeking volunteer mentors to meet with a young person for one hour a week to support with their future pathways, confidence and goals.
Having just one consistent trusted adult who believes in you, listens, and encourages you can be truly transformational. You don’t need any qualifications or mentoring experience, just the willingness to show up and support a local young person. We’ll provide all the training and guidance you need.
Mentoring doesn’t just change young lives – it changes yours too. Build confidence, develop new skills, and make a real difference in your community.
Just one hour a week could prove truly transformational.

About MCR Pathways
We see the spark when others may not. In every young person, there’s a flicker of ambition, a potential waiting to ignite.
But for too many, an unfair start in life can dim that flame. Every day spent alone, navigating challenges without support, is a day further from the bright future all young people deserve.
Become a volunteer mentor and change a life.
