This platform has been set up for volunteering within children and families organisations. Jazmine and I are currently giving some training and demo's for organisations on its usage, however as DVVA itself is not recruiting our own volunteers it can be hard to show the mechanisms of this. If you can register on the Go Volunteer Dundee Website and then we can connect you to onboarding documents open events etc we will see live the intricacies of this, and how it then looks for our organisations as they create their own homepage, volunteer opportunities, manage applications and send specific training and messages to their volunteers

Dundee Volunteer and Voluntary Action is a Registered Charity (No. SC000487) and a Company Limited by Guarantee (No. SC093088), and began life as Dundee Association for Social Services in 1953. The change in name was made in 1988 to reflect our changing role as a member organisation promoting community welfare more directly through voluntary action.
